Three Cheese Burger

As if one type of cheese on your burger wasn't already delicious enough, we outdid ourselves with this rich and dynamic three-cheese burger. Topped with Cheddar, Swiss and Blue Cheese, your taste buds are in for a treat!


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 tablespoons Wicked Juicy Burger Beef
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns


Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. When burgers are almost done, lay the three-cheese over the patties to melt. Place burger on bun and top with lettuce and your favorite toppings!
