- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2-3 tablespoons Wicked Juicy Burger Turkey
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (if frying)
- 4 hamburger buns
For garnish: leftover cranberry sauce and your choice of cheese, lettuce and onions!
Combine turkey, Wicked Juicy Burger Turkey, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)
Pan fry the patties in the vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. Serve on buns with your choice of garnishes for a healthy turkey burger that juicy and delicious.
