Spicy Italian Burger

Instead of adding bacon, top your burger with Spicy Italian Sausage for a totally new and delicious flavor!


  • 1-pound ground beef
  • 2-3 tablespoons Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (if frying the burgers)
  • shredded parmesan cheese 
  • 2 spicy Italian sausage links, cooked
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings: onion, tomatoes and greens 


Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. When burgers are almost done, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over them to melt. Place burger on bun and top with cooked Italian sausage, onions, tomatoes and greens!
