Simple Chicken Vegetable Soup Slow-Cooker

A simple slow-cooker soup to make for a crowd. It's great as is, or you can embellish it with a handful of chopped fresh herbs or leftover cooked rice or pasta.



Combine the hot water, Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, and thawed frozen vegetables in a slow-cooker and stir to blend. Cover and cook on high for about an hour, or on low for 3 hours, until the vegetables are tender.

Break the chicken up into bite-size pieces and stir it into the soup. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes about 12 cups.
