  1. Heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté the carrots until just tender.
  2. In a 4 qt. pot over medium-high heat, combine the sautéed carrots, Kitchen Accomplice Veggie Broth Concentrate  or Vegan Plant-Based No-Bone Broth Concentrate with water, and garam masala. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture is fragrant and the carrots are fork-tender.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, an immersion blender may be used.
  4. Serve in soup bowls, topped with a spoonful of sour cream.
