Kimchi Burger

This burger is loaded with Asian Flair! This recipe comes together quickly with pre-made Kimchi (store bought is fine!). Our Wicked Juicy Beef-Garlic adds terrific flavor. Topped with a fried egg, it’s a dramatic presentation.


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 tablespoons Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup of pre-made Kimchi
  • 4 eggs
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (as an optional garnish)



Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. Meanwhile, fry the eggs until the whites are fully cooked. Serve burgers on buns with a spoonful of kimchi, sriracha mayonnaise and a fried egg.
