Guacamole Burger

Take a trip down south with this beef burger, covered in fresh homemade guacamole and garlic aioli.



Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef or Wicked Juicy Burger Beef - Garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.) Set aside.

Peel and pit the avocados and scoop them into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado. Add your salsa, lime and salt.

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. 

Serve on buns with fresh guacamole, your choice of greens and garlic aioli
