Creole Chicken and Sausage

This hearty, deep-flavored dish is packed with delicious spices, our chicken broth concentrate and lots of Andouille Sausage to keep you full and satisfied!


  • 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 14.5 oz. Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or 4 Tbsp. Kitchen Accomplice Organic Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, diluted in 3 cups of hot water
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Oregano
  • ¼ tsp. Thyme
  • 2 C. Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 C. Andouille Sausage, sliced and sautéed
  • Green Onions, sliced for garnish


  1. In a stockpot, sauté onions and garlic until just softened. Add green and red bell peppers and sauté the mixture until the peppers are bright and just softened.
  2. Add seasonings and herbs, and sauté for a few minutes more.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste and diluted Kitchen Accomplice Chicken Broth Concentrate or 1/2 cup Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Add chicken and sausage. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
