One of our easiest recipes, this classic chili recipe tastes even better the next day! It’s a great dish to make on the weekend, and freeze the leftovers.


  • ¼ cup or 1 package (2.7 oz.) Wicked Tasty Taco Original
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 - 15 oz. can kidney, pinto or black beans
  • 1 - 15 oz. can diced tomatoes



  1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion and sauté for 3 minutes, then add ground meat and sauté for 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Wicked Tasty Taco Original and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the beans and diced tomatoes with their liquid.
  5. Bring chili to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover saucepan. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then uncover pan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes to desired thickness. 

Makes 4 ½ cups.
