Cajun Shrimp Burger

This Cajun Shrimp Burger is spicy, tangy and oh-so-perfect!

Ingredients for the sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt to taste

Ingredients for the shrimp

  • ½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • olive oil for cooking

 Ingredients for the burger



Combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside. On medium heat, warm your pan and add olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the Cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside. When the shrimp is cool enough, remove the tails.

Combine meat, Wicked Juicy Burger Beef, and pepper in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into four equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about ¾ inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.)

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness.. Place burger on bun and top with shrimp, the sauce and your favorite toppings.
