Applewood Smoke Mini-Turkey Sliders with Spicy Cranberry Chutney

Turkey sliders have never tasted better! These sliders are simple, yet totally gourmet. Topped with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory cranberry chutney with a hint of spice these dinner delights will take your taste buds on a ride!

Ingredients

For the Chutney       

  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup of brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sriracha to taste 
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt to taste 
  • 4 hamburger buns

 

Directions

Combine meat and Wicked Juicy Burger Turkey in a large bowl. Lightly mix with your hands or a spatula until well blended. Divide meat into 4 equal portions and gently form each into a patty, about 3/8 inch thick. (Do not compact the patties or handle them more than necessary.) Store patties in the refrigerator while you make the chutney.

To make the chutney, add cranberries, sugar, water, sriracha, garlic and salt to the blender and pulse until blended but not totally smooth.

Pan fry patties in vegetable oil over medium-high heat, or grill or broil them to your preferred doneness. Serve on buns with blue cheese  and your choice of garnishes.
